Fish and Bread started in 2012 from a simple idea – to create food that is understandable and eco-friendly. Back then, it was all about fish fast food, burgers, and hot dogs. But from day one, it wasn’t just about selling meals; it was about preparing them with care – for the ingredients and for the guests who came to us.
Over time, Fish and Bread became the first ambassador of fish sandwiches in Uzbekistan, opened a new gastronomic direction, and proved that fish can be part of a modern city kitchen – bright, convenient, and truly delicious.
Today, Fish and Bread is a restaurant offering a rich and diverse Turkish culinary experience. We continue to grow and develop, while remaining true to our principles: transparency, quality, and responsibility for every product.
The foundation of every dish is purely eco-friendly ingredients. We use local lamb, beef, and poultry from our own farm, and strictly control the quality and storage conditions of all other products. To ensure the taste and quality of our desserts, we have our own confectionery workshop. Vegetables and all other ingredients come only from trusted and tested suppliers – we trust them as we trust ourselves.
Today, our menu reflects the depth and diversity of Turkish cuisine: kebabs, doners, pide, durum, other hot dishes, and more. At the same time, the favorite dishes that started Fish and Bread’s story have been preserved and elevated to a new level of quality and taste. A special pride of our brand is our signature sandwich made from fresh mackerel directly imported from Norway.
We pay attention to every detail – from selecting ingredients to presenting and delivering the food. Our pastry chefs create signature desserts, and our beverage menu enriches the dining experience with selected brand coffees, lemonades, fresh juices, milkshakes, and teas, elevating the mood.
Fish and Bread is a cozy restaurant with convenient locations across Tashkent, offering warm service and an atmosphere designed for repeat visits. We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, offering free delivery across the city.
